Gaudi Ring

The Gaudi Ring offers old world artistry with a modern twist! Inspired by a trip to Barcelona, Karyn explored the wonderful works of master sculptor Antone Gaudi. Gaudi was known for meticulously creating each element in his Cathedrals, from the light fixtures down to the door handles. He used a technique of carving wax and having it cast in metal, which is the same technique Karyn used when designing this ring. The heavily textured organic form was inspired by Gaudi's aesthetic. The cubic zirconia crystal at the centre gives this piece the right amount of sparkle. The front of this ring is open, which allows this ring to be slightly adjustable. This ring is available set or glued. The set stone is done by tapping a small hammer on the metal surrounding the bezel. It pushes the metal over the stone holding it securely and permanently in place.
